The Technology Voucher Programme (TVP) was launched in November 2016 to assist Hong Kong enterprises and organizations in enhancing overall productivity, improving service quality, and transforming their businesses through technology applications. After years of optimization efforts, the TVP now offers up to HKD 600,000 in funding for businesses with substantial operations.

The TVP funding can be used not only for general website development but also for various other systems, including Content Management Systems (CMS), Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, Logistics Systems (LS), and Point of Sale (POS) systems.
